Austin: The home for ideas
After receiving a Master of Science Degree in Engineering at the University of Vermont. Mishko became a project engineer with an engineering firm. His travels took him across the United States to California, Oregon and North Carolina. Friends encouraged him to visit Texas, Austin in particular. Once Mishko saw the hills of Austin, its valleys and lakes and rivers it reminded him of the land of his childhood. He decided to make Austin the home for his family.
 A Family Tradition
Mishko’s grandfather started in construction in Europe building churches and large private estates. Mishko’s father found the love in quality and craftsmanship of construction. Under the strict tutelage of both Grandfather and Father, Mishko learned many aspects of construction.

Construction Goals Take Form

Starting in 1992 Mishko began bringing his ideas to life in Austin. Building 3 to 5 homes a year Mishko has built Tuscan, Mediterranean and old world style homes for his clients. The desired goal and outcome of each Town & Country Custom Home is that  it brings to life that vision which is the heart’s desire of each client. The authenticity, character and lasting construction are visually evident in the homes created by Mishko.

Envisioning Process

Envisioning Your Dream
When it looks better in real life than it looks on the plans. We realize you need to clearly understand the intentions and the execution of your architect and your builder. I have developed an "Envisioning Process" that helps my clients see what will be built and understand the results of the construction. My clients have the freedom to request this "envisioning process at any stage of construction.
How Envisioning Works
Understanding the home owners' wishes. We conceptualize the ideas of our clients and transform them onto a blueprint. We try to hear what our clients are saying and understand what they mean. Ultimately, helping the homeowner visualize their desires assures good results and greater satisfaction.
Here is an example:
To help  the home owners visualize the proportions  and details of the eleven foot high custom designed exterior doors on their home. The doors were drawn to life size scale. Thus the homeowners were able to see what the doors would look like and as a result questions were answered.
